PROGRAMME STRUCTURE- THE PROCESS FLOW

PROGRAMME APPROACH- THE JOURNEY
The programme adopts a progressive three-year framework, guiding youth from personal transformation to collective action and community impact, i.e. focusing on individual, collective, and institutional transformation. This three-year journey of the Youth Fellows is envisioned as a spiral of learning, reflection, and action.

The Programme seeks to nurture the young leaders who understand, internalise, and act upon these guiding principles in their everyday lives and communities. At its core, the Fellowship believes that youth are not just beneficiaries but partners and changemakers- capable of shaping their own lives as well as inclusive and participatory communities grounded in constitutional ideals. The programme is built around the conviction that meaningful social transformation begins with the transformation of individuals, extends through collective action, and culminates in institutional and systemic change.
